 Every two years ELGRA organizes its meeting as a forum for discussions and exchange of ideas among scientists from materials and life sciences.

The 2003 Biennial Meeting and General Assembly will take place in the "Kuenstlerhaus". It is a pleasant conference site in the city of Munich (Lenbachplatz 8, 80333 München (D) ) easily to get to by plane, train, and car.

Note: Breakfast is included in all prices given. Except for the Forum Hotel, all hotels are in walking distance from the assembly location (Künstlerhaus, Lenbachplatz 8, 80333 München).
Please arrange your hotel reservation directly with the hotel before January 15, 2003. The keyword is "ELGRA". The discount rates will expire by January 15, because the electronic fair SEMICON will be held during the same time as the ELGRA Meeting. It might be difficult to find a conveniently located hotel after January 15.

Due to our discussion in Banyuls the ELGRA MC intends to change the statutes concerning the membership status. So our idea is to assemble as many members as possible at a central meeting place like Munich. That is the reason why we announce the 2003 Biennial Meeting so early and ask you to join us in Munich.

The deadline for abstracts submission is 30th of November 2002.
