INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS

The Organizing Committee intends to prepare in advance the Conference Bulletin (Elgra News) to be ready for distribution to conference attendees. Because the bulletin will be prepared from camera-ready manuscripts, authors are requested to prepare their contribution to be of good quality (original figures or clean copies) following the instructions below:

1. GENERAL

• Size of page should be A4
• Text margins should be 2.5 cm

2. FONTS

• The spacing between lines should be one and a half
• Type of fonts should be Times New Roman - Font size should be 12 points

3. TITLE

• Should be in CAPITAL BOLD starting (2) lines from top margin

4. AUTHOR(S)

• Name(s) should be in lower case Bold, (2) lines the title
• Affiliation and address of authors in simple 10 points font size
• Telephone, Fax and email in font size 10 points (optional)

5. ABSTRACT

• Should not exceed (16) lines in continuous text without equations
• It should be start (2) lines below the Title and Authors

6. FIGURES & TABLES

• Should be in final form/size with the legend in lower case 12 points font
• Desirable to be in the text, separated with (1) line on top and bottom
